The Liberty Subli Patch is a white printable textile in water-based polyurethane, on a self adhesive polyester carrier, printed by transfer with any sublimation inks.

Pressing Guidlines
Step1 - 60 seconds
Step 2 - 17 seconds

Print
Print your logos or designs on a standard dye sublimation printer with standard sublimation paper, in reverse, making sure you have turned on your registration marks for your plotter.
Print with these settings in the Power Driver or Virtuoso Print manager:

Step1- Press
Place the sheet of Liberty Subli Patch on the press and the printed sublimation transfer image side face down on the flock.
Press for 50-60 seconds at 190-200 degrees Celsius.
Hot Peel.
Cut
You can cut out the contours of Liberty Subli Patch with scissors, or on a plotter with optical registration. Set the blade to cut only the print film, not the carrier, then weed.
Step 2 - Press
Place your garment on the press and position the subli patch on the garment, cover with a silicone sheet and press for 20 seconds at 150°c. (You may have to adapt the time and temperature depending on the textile). Hot Peel.
Washing
Liberty Subli Patch can be washed up to 95 degrees celsius (40C for nylon).
Wait 24 hours before washing.
Iron inside out.
